Avengers vs. Thanos (Second Update)

Tivan, who had completely lost his former air of dignity and luxury, lay sprawled on the ground. He barely raised his head, looked at Jerry approaching slowly with a group of people, coughed, and said:

"Please excuse the embarrassing sight, Mr. Carmen. I never expected that two precious collectibles I had just bought from you would be snatched away by that purple-skinned bandit. What a... sigh."

"There's no need to say that, Mr. Tivan. I also despise those bandits who rely on brute force to steal other people's things. They have absolutely no respect for fair trade."

Jerry laughed heartily. Without even glancing at Thanos's murderous stare, he continued speaking to Tivan:

"Mr. Tivan, how about another deal? I'll take care of these bandits for you, and you sell Knowhere to me. We Avengers from Earth happen to need a place to settle outside Earth."

At Jerry's proposal, Tivan froze for a moment. Then he looked around at Knowhere, which had nearly become ruins, and at Thanos standing on his back. Gritting his teeth, his expression turned vicious.

"Mr. Carmen, if you can truly help me vent this fury, what does it matter if I give Knowhere to you?"

After living for so many years, this was the first time he had suffered such humiliation. The collectibles he had amassed over countless years had almost all been destroyed, and the Knowhere he had built up was finished as well.

If Jerry, this legendary powerful wizard, could help him vent this anger, giving away Knowhere, which no longer held much value, was nothing at all.

"Giving it away would be too much. How about this? I'll pay one trillion!"
