"If you're comfortable with it, I can use the Sharingan's ocular power to enter your seal and meet the Nine-Tails."

Although Uchiha Ensei still called his eyes Sharingan, they actually had little to do with the Sharingan anymore.

The thing formed by gathering the ocular power of numerous Byakugan should have been called the Tenseigan.

Unlike the dark, damp prison where the Nine-Tails stood in water pooled across the ground in the original story,

Kushina's sealing space was far brighter. Though it was desolate and filled with rocks, the brilliant light said it all.

It seemed that even though Minato had fallen asleep, he had not allowed Kushina's mental space to become gloomy.

"Yo, Kurama. That tied-up look is pretty unique. It has a bit of artistic flair."

After entering, the most conspicuous sight was naturally the Nine-Tails, bound atop a massive ball of earth.

"Brat... who are you? How do you know that name?!"

Uchiha Ensei's words seemed to enrage the Nine-Tails. Boundless hateful malice surged toward him as though it would drown him.

Yet the Nine-Tails' malice seemed far weaker than the malice inside Minato Namikaze.

"Me? I'm merely someone who can see parts of the past and future."

"Come to think of it, you were much cuter when you were little. Why did you get uglier as you grew up...?"

As he spoke, Uchiha Ensei used some chakra to shape a smaller version of the Nine-Tails nearby.

Seeing his younger self, the Nine-Tails fell into brief silence, as though he had returned to the time just after he was born.

But Kushina's laughter quickly snapped him out of it.

"Oh my, so this was what Kurama looked like as a child. He really was much cuter than he is now. Was it because he didn't eat well?"

Enraged by Kushina's laughter, the Nine-Tails began struggling, making the chains binding his limbs rattle in rapid succession.

"Damn woman, Tailed Beasts do not need to eat."

At this moment, the Nine-Tails' words carried no intimidation whatsoever.

Perhaps because of Uchiha Ensei's earlier introduction to the Nine-Tails, after learning of Kurama's experiences, Kushina Uzumaki's fear of him had gradually begun to fade...

"Brat, your eyes... they contain too much power. They're about to lose control!"

For some unknown reason, Kurama suddenly spoke to Uchiha Ensei.

Originally, Uchiha Ensei had thought that, given his talent, he had managed to master so much Sealing Jutsu through self-study, so learning from Kushina should have been quick as well.

But once he truly began studying, he discovered just how vast the gap was between ordinary Sealing Jutsu and the Sealing Jutsu mastered by the Uzumaki Clan.

Though it might slow the progress of his research, Uchiha Ensei still decided to properly study Sealing Jutsu, while also feeling fortunate deep down.

After learning these, Uchiha Ensei modified the hundred thousand Byakugan within his body once more and placed the Eight Trigrams Seal upon them.

This sealing technique was created by Uchiha Ensei after modifying the Sealing Jutsu on Naruto Uzumaki's body. Besides completely restricting the immense Byakugan ocular power within him, it would also slowly release some of it from the seal to alter his body.

Although this seal would somewhat reduce his chakra control, with his level of chakra control, such a minor decrease was inconsequential.

More importantly, after all this was done, the bizarre pattern in Uchiha Ensei's eyes finally began to fade, revealing his original Three-Tomoe Sharingan.

Yet deep within the pupils of that Three-Tomoe Sharingan, faint traces of rich blue still glimmered.
