"Has he gone?"
In a corner of the square, Ron and Harry cautiously poked their heads out.
Voldemort had vanished into black mist, but Dumbledore remained standing there, staring at something unknown, his expression still grave.
"Watch out!" Dumbledore suddenly turned and shouted at Harry and Ron. His face was more terrified than ever before; even when facing Voldemort's Fiendfyre, he had not looked this horrified.
The world spun. Neither of them knew what had happened. It was as though something had suddenly charged at them, and a heart-chilling force crushed down from every direction.
When Ron lifted his head again, he was already sprawled face-down on the ground. Not far away, Harry had fallen too, seemingly struggling in agony.
Dumbledore hurried to Harry's side, but when Harry raised his head, that snake-like face sent a chill through him.
"You lost, old man."
Such a voice should never have come from a human being, yet it now rang from Harry's throat.
Harry looked as though he had become an entirely different person—sinister, vicious, with malicious light glinting in every inch of his eyes.
Dumbledore knew that expression all too well. Who else could it be but Voldemort?
At that moment, Harry was in excruciating pain. It felt as though someone were brutally shoving a wooden stick into his brain, while his vision gradually faded.
"Harry, Harry..." Dumbledore set his Wand aside and kept calling Harry's name, trying to make the body remember its true owner.
