She arrived at the finals with Four Elements Academy, where she and Xiao Wu faced Spirit Hall Academy and masked Tang San.

• Chen Qingling found Dugu Bo wounded, restored him, and gained the Ice and Fire Dragon Kings’ sacrifices at the Ice Fire Yin Yang Well, reaching Soul Sage and gaining two Ultimate Attributes.
• In Heaven Dou Imperial City, Qian Renxue revealed her identity to Chen Qingling, and Chen Qingling later absorbed the Butterfly God Torso Soul Bone and began the Butterfly God Trial.
• After spending more than a year in the White Cocoon, Chen Qingling emerged, learned that Spirit Hall had moved up the tournament, and decided to compete despite the threat to her friends.
• Chen Qingling reunited with Ning Rongrong, Zhu Zhuqing, and Xiao Wu, then returned to Four Elements Academy and formed its tournament team with Xiao Wu.
• Chen Qingling confronted Yu Xiaogang over his deception of Liu Erlong, and Liu Erlong’s feelings for him faded after he admitted his past with Bibi Dong.
• Tang San resolved to join Spirit Hall and enter the tournament in disguise, while Chen Qingling was named captain of Four Elements Academy’s team.
• At the finals in Spirit City, Chen Qingling recognized Qian Renxue and masked Tang San among the opposing competitors, resisted Hu Liena’s Bewitching Arts, and watched Xiao Wu win their spiritual contest.

Chen Qingling fought the Abyssal Plane, sacrificed herself to cleanse Douluo Continent, and returned as the Butterfly God. She and Chen Shenge helped Gu Yue Na defeat the Divine Realm, but the story ended with twelve gods emerging from seclusion.

• Chen Qingling defeated Di Tian, learned more about Gu Yue Na’s Silver Dragon King powers, and received Er Ming’s sacrifice before returning to her father.
• After Abyssal Power engulfed the continent, Chen Qingling protected key locations with Light Goddess Butterflies while Tang San corrupted people and turned Dai Mubai and others against her.
• Chen Qingling killed Tang San, Dai Mubai, and Yu Xiaogang, then used Butterfly God’s Sacrifice to purify the Plane Heart and save the continent at the cost of her life.
• Chen Qingling completed the Butterfly God’s inheritance, emerged from her cocoon, and reunited with Gu Yue Na at the Lake of Life.
• Chen Qingling and Chen Shenge joined Gu Yue Na in defeating the Divine Realm’s gods, and Chen Shenge killed Asura God.
• Chen Qingling left with Ning Rongrong, Xiao Wu, and Zhu Zhuqing, while Chen Shenge accompanied Gu Yue Na to the Divine Realm and found twelve gods emerging from seclusion.
