Cultivation & Cosmic Order

In the early Primordial World, cultivation lacked a complete system before Hongjun’s sermons. Passing from Primordial Immortal to Golden Immortal was exceptionally difficult, and only Golden Immortals with suitable protective treasures could cross the astral winds to Purple Cloud Palace. 1 5

• Li Yu’s New Dao exists beyond the established Primordial Great Dao and has repeatedly drawn Heavenly Punishment when exposed. 10 42

History

Era of the Three Clans

The Dragon, Phoenix, and Qilin clans were among the earliest innate races and once fought for supremacy across the Primordial World. Their struggle ravaged the land, leaving Mount Buzhou and Mount Kunlun among the few comparatively peaceful regions. 2

The conflict ultimately ended in the decline of all three clans: dragons fell, phoenixes died, and qilins perished. The Dragon Clan later withdrew to the seas, while the Phoenix and Qilin clans were nearly exterminated. 2 12

Hongjun’s Sermons

Hongjun announced that all cultivators with sufficient affinity could travel beyond the heavens to hear his Dao. In practice, the astral winds barred all but those with Golden Immortal cultivation and powerful protective treasures. 5

At Purple Cloud Palace, Hongjun taught the Dao three times, accepted the Three Pure Ones and Nüwa as direct disciples, and later granted six strands of Primordial Purple Qi to establish the future Saint seats. 7 22

Rise of the Human Race

Nüwa created nearly ten thousand humans on Mount Buzhou using Resting Soil, Primordial Purple Qi, and the Primordial Gourd Vine. Her act fulfilled the Heavenly Dao, granted her immense merit, and enabled her to become a Saint. 24 25

The Human Race began as a vulnerable acquired race near Mount Buzhou, but its fortune rapidly rose after both Nüwa and Taiqing attained sainthood through their connection to humanity. 24 25 33

• Nüwa became humanity’s Holy Mother. 25
• Taiqing established the Human Sect to enlighten humanity and attained sainthood through its merit. 33
• Li Yu became the Human Sect’s vice sect leader, overseeing its practical affairs and strengthening human tribes through cultivation. 33 34

Wu–Demon Conflict

The Wu Clan and Demon Race became the dominant powers after the Three Clans’ decline. The Demon Court sought to unify the Primordial World, while the Wu Clan possessed immense physical strength, mastery over laws, and the Twelve Heavenly Capital Baleful God Formation. 12 13

Their conflict escalated through internal schemes, the deaths of Gonggong and Zhurong, and the catastrophe of ten Golden Crows appearing in the sky. After Hou Yi shot down nine Golden Crows, full-scale war began. 41 42

The final battle took place at the Demon Court:

• The Wu Clan deployed the Twelve Capitals Baleful God Formation with nine Ancestral Shamans and three great shamans. 43
• The Demon Race relied on the Celestial Star-Dipper Formation, the Chaos Bell, River Chart, and Luo Writing. 43
• Both formations shattered in the final clash; the two Demon Emperors, nine Ancestral Shamans, three great shamans, and countless warriors on both sides perished. 43
• The Wu Clan and Demon Race lost their former dominance, ending the Wu–Demon age and clearing the way for humanity’s rise. 44
