No One Could Have Both a Lamborghini and an Inferiority Complex

In the Astral Tower's training room.

Xu Mo sat cross-legged, his body floating in midair.

Before him, the jet-black Darkhold radiated dark energy.

Xu Mo slowly opened his closed eyes.

The Darkhold turned into an afterimage and entered his glabella, while his floating body descended back to the ground.

"Feels like I'm still just a little short!"

Xu Mo sighed.

After all, it was magic capable of traversing the Multiverse. It was understandable that the requirements would be higher.

With a flash, Xu Mo appeared inside a two-story villa on the southern shore of Death Island.

The villa had only recently been completed.

Xu Mo did not linger after returning to the villa. A Spatial Gate slowly opened beside him.

He stepped through it directly.

He arrived at the entrance to Tony's villa.

Tony had informed him the previous night that the Powered Armor was complete.

"Hi, Ms. Potts. Long time no see!"

At the villa entrance, Xu Mo saw Pepper waiting for him.

He had not seen her during his previous visit.

"It has been a long time indeed. As the company's second-largest shareholder, you don't come to the company even once a month. It's naturally difficult for us to meet!"

Pepper greeted him with a complaint.

Of the company's two major shareholders, Tony spent all day neglecting his proper work, while Xu Mo disappeared for months at a time.

Every matter in the entire company had fallen onto her shoulders.

"Still, I have to thank you properly. After all, I get along fairly well with my current boss, and I'm not ready to replace him for now!"

"You two talk!"

Pepper Potts chuckled and turned toward the coffee machine nearby.

"Trying to poach my people right in front of me is really too much!"

Tony muttered softly as he watched Pepper's back.

"Fine, next time I'll arrange a private time to talk with Pepper!"

Seeing Xu Mo's raised lips, Tony conceded.

"Fine, we're dating. Please keep your distance from Pepper from now on!"

Even though he knew Xu Mo was teasing him, concern clouded his judgment. Against Xu Mo, he did not feel he had any advantage.

Hearing him admit it, Xu Mo smiled and patted him on the shoulder.

"Don't worry. I'm not interested in Pepper. Hurry up and show me my Powered Armor!"

Only after hearing Xu Mo's assurance did Tony let out a breath of relief.

As he led Xu Mo farther inside, he muttered under his breath.

"It'd better be that way!"

A moment later, Tony led Xu Mo to a glass display case taller than a person.

He pointed at a dark-blue suit of Powered Armor inside the case.

"Based on the Mark IV, I modified the armor into a portable version according to your request. Take a look and see what you think!"

As he spoke, the glass of the display case opened. Tony pressed a spot on the armor, and it began to contract before finally turning into a briefcase the size of a laptop bag.

"Although it lost some performance, the entire armor now weighs less than thirty kilograms!"

Tony introduced it with a confident expression.

"It does seem pretty good!"

Xu Mo examined the Powered Armor inside the display case.

Tony then gave him a detailed introduction to the armor's various functions, weapons, and equipment.

After listening to his explanation, Xu Mo showed a satisfied smile.

Once Wanda put it on, she would be more than capable of protecting herself.

At worst, with the armor's top speed of Mach 3, very few enemies would be able to catch her if she fled.

"Thank you. I'm very satisfied with the Powered Armor!"

Inside the Brooklyn villa.

Wanda and Pietro were packing their things.

Ever since Wanda had expressed her desire to attend school, Xu Mo had quickly made the arrangements.

There was less than a week until the university term began, and they needed to move closer to the school in advance.

Xu Mo parked outside the villa and had barely entered the courtyard when Pietro's complaints came from inside.

"Wanda, you know I'm not interested in school at all!"

"Enough, Pietro. You've repeated that for nearly a month. The car coming to pick us up is almost here. Don't tell me you've changed your mind!"

Wanda sealed the last box and looked seriously at Pietro.

Considering that Pietro and Wanda were the same age, Xu Mo had arranged for him to attend a school as well after asking Wanda for her opinion.

"Didn't I say that you could buy everything after you got there? There was no need to bring all of this!"

Sure enough, women were no different in this regard, no matter what country they came from.

Whenever they went out, they wished they could move their entire home with them.

"No, these are all necessities. Besides, going out to buy them after we get there would waste time, so it's better to bring them directly!"

Xu Mo nodded helplessly.

The three walked out of the villa just as the moving company vehicle Avril had arranged stopped outside.

Wanda immediately directed the workers to carry the things from the living room onto the truck.

Xu Mo led Pietro, who carried only a shoulder bag, to a Lamborghini sports car parked nearby.

He casually tossed the keys to Pietro, who was staring blankly at the car.

"Try it out. See if you like it!"

Pietro caught the keys instinctively and looked at the bull emblem on them.
