Background

Xiao Wu was traveling alone near Star Dou Forest when Zhou Liang and Teacher Wang Hu encountered her. Suspicious that they might be dangerous nobles, she prepared to call Da Ming and Er Ming for protection. Zhou Liang earned her trust by offering specially prepared dried carrots, then invited her into the carriage. 27

Although Xiao Wu initially claimed that Da Ming and Er Ming were still with her, she had been traveling without them. She later warned Zhou Liang that people might seek to kill her because of her hidden identity. In response, Zhou Liang used a one-use authority to conceal her Soul Beast aura for fifteen years, making her identity undetectable even to Titled Douluo. 29

She accompanied Zhou Liang to Tiantou City and was admitted to Lanba Academy after Teacher Wang Hu confirmed her Innate Full Soul Power. Liu Erlong waived her tuition and assigned her a room beside Zhou Liang’s, despite refusing Xiao Wu’s request to share his room. 33
