Kachyu Town of the East Asian Union was innocently attacked by the Atlantic Federation's command warship, the Gadi-Lu.
The attack caused 837 deaths and 4,268 injuries.
In response to the Atlantic Federation's attack, the East Asian Union demanded that the Atlantic Federation hand over the culprits—Matisse, head of the Earth Alliance intelligence department, and Joaquin, commander of the Brucu—for military trial by the East Asian Union.
