The seemingly endless dark clouds in the sky suddenly began to churn, finally taking the form of a dark-skinned giant with a headscarf. One of his eyes fixed a savage glare on Hill, while Lightning and Thunder seemed to churn beneath the eyepatch over the other.
At his side, Storm swept up yellow sand. Beneath his feet, acid rain, lightning, and hail rolled through spiraling winds.
Hill chuckled softly, then suddenly had a flash of insight. "Or... should I say, I've long heard of you, Gruumsh, Supreme God of the Orcs?"

Hill's long eyelashes trembled faintly, and his heart sank slightly... Gruumsh had admitted it so easily?
"Rather than believing that a loser could devour Toril's Storm God, I'd rather believe the victor pursued his enemy while the iron was hot," Hill said calmly.
"He wanted Lei's divine power of lightning." Talos—or rather, Gruumsh controlling this aspect—gave a disdainful laugh. "Unfortunately, I happened to be devouring Lei's power at the time as well.
His luck wasn't very good, but mine was rather good, wasn't it?"
"We of Telashir..." Hill had barely begun before quickly cutting himself off. "I'm not interested in asking why, either.
For an Orcish god, there was never any need to ask for a reason."
"Then... I should still say it." Gruumsh spoke in a strange tone. "Blame it on the fact that your world had so many Elves, and was perfectly suited for my animal experiments!
Perfect, wasn't it?
If that White Wolf hadn't preferred to die in the Abyss, Telashir would have entered my killing ground long ago!"
