The Undead streamed out of the town's east gate, apparently heading off to clear new land.
Hill couldn't help asking Liszt, "Are they expanding the town? The Undead don't need that much space, do they?"
"Corellon seems convinced that the Elves who don't want to go to Evermeet will want to settle here," Liszt replied. "The town is too small for that.
"He's issued a quest to expand Aglaia Town, though he's also required them to plant all kinds of flowers and trees.
"The forest beside it has to be included too. The Wood Elf Druids have already agreed.
"We've all seen the plans for the city. There's even a complete rendering. I suspect William helped him make it—it looks familiar.
"Mr. Lynn thinks he intends to build an elven city here.
"But Corellon can do as he likes. Mr. Lynn said we should cooperate, since Corellon is providing the money and doing the work himself.
"The other powers won't object either. Even Waterdeep, which stands to be affected the most, can't say a word.
"No one on the Northern Continent can stand in the Father of Elves' way. No one can argue with the Elves about who was here first."
Hill nodded.
He intended to leave the work to others anyway. Corellon could do whatever he wanted!
Hill only needed to remain lord of the city, and no one else could take that position.
As for the elven queen on Evermeet, Hill knew that if she ever returned to the mainland, it would be on the day the High Forest returned to elven hands.
She would go nowhere else.
Hill didn't know what ambitions Lynn held, but he turned his attention to the harbor too.
The Undead could build it, but there was no way he could put them
