Asking Sword's female managers paid no attention at all to the two arguing back and forth. They were busy trying to make that secretary smile—by recounting Young Master's many great achievements over the years, with the more embarrassing incidents getting the most attention.
After all, the two were both in orchestral conducting. They would never work in the same place in the future, so there was no need to worry about preserving their superior's dignity... Everyone knew Young Master would never have to start at the bottom wherever he went.
Young Master understood that himself, which was why he kept proclaiming that he would form his own symphony orchestra someday... That was why he could run wild at the conservatory without making many enemies.
So there was no harm in talking about Young Master's gossip... The conducting department only accepted five or six students a year, sometimes even just one. It was fairly easy for them to find work, so they did not need to cling to Young Master and curry favor with him.
After all, an orchestra conductor needed an air of unmatched confidence, so the school had raised them to be rather arrogant...
