The Legendary Boss, hidden in the shadows, made its move like a tiger among wolves, swiftly breaking through the chaotic crowd and heading straight for the cave entrance.

The Troll blocking the cave entrance couldn't withstand the onslaught of several Legendary NPCs for more than three seconds before they died on the spot.

It's obvious.

Some Legendary NPCs have teamed up.

However, William had a sharp eye. He noticed that Adolf, the Husky, was also mixed in with the wolf pack, so he quickly said, "Alec, hide! Everyone else, go into the cave and cover the entrance. I suspect there's a conspiracy."

Meanwhile, Tyrannosaur and the others went into the tunnel.

With a horn sounding.

The tremors on the ground grew stronger, and countless piercing roars came from all directions.

Many of the Professional still on the periphery cried out in alarm, "Dark Creatures! So many Dark Creatures! We've been tricked!"

Some of the Mercenaries and Hunter, upon discovering this, no longer cared about the Bloodline Fruit; all they wanted was to rush out before the Dark Creatures could form an encirclement.

Before they could get far, a group of Dark Knight suddenly appeared on the outskirts, riding Skeleton horses engulfed in black flames, and charged forward swiftly.

"Damn it, it's Hell Skeleton Horse! Breaking through will be difficult."

What Hell Skeleton Horse?

These are monsters that don't need to obey Gravity at all; they can walk on the ceiling as if it were flat ground, and black flames burn wherever their hooves tread, making them extremely corrosive.

The Dark Knight riding Hell Skeleton Horse are the true Dark Knight; aside from ascending to the heavens, they are practically the elite cavalry of the Dark Forces.

Many Professional who tried to escape were stopped by the Dark Knight who ran by stepping on trees, creating a truly awkward scene.

Riding a horse up a tree.

That's like a pig climbing a tree, the maneuver is so outrageous!

Even some High-Class Professional flew high in the sky encountered extremely troublesome flying monsters.

It's obvious.

These sudden appearances of Dark Creatures were meant to encircle and annihilate them all.

So more people chose to retreat and warned those reckless bastards to stop fighting; dealing with the Dark Creatures was the key now.

But many were already blinded by rage, and no longer cared about the countless Dark Creatures.

Those Legendary NPCs, in particular, are even more selfish. They each belong to different factions and are all genius Professional from their respective factions. They know exactly what's going on, thinking, "You bunch of weaklings can't escape, but do you think I can't?"

Now, if we seize the opportunity to take the Bloodline Fruit, it won't be a problem to fight our way out.

After all, it's Legendary...

Many Legendary NPCs possess the strength and experience to fight opponents of higher levels. This experience gives them immense confidence; otherwise, how could they completely ignore the Master Tier Troll and charge straight in?

But what no one expected was...

Adolf, who was originally vying with Adolf for the Bloodline Fruit, suddenly turned against him. He unleashed a sword light burning with black flames, instantly killing a so-called genius!

With a wave of his hand, more than twenty Bounty Hunter rushed out and began to fiercely attack the Legendary NPCs!

The Troll inside the cave also seemed to be minions of the Dark Creatures. With a roar from Crazy Grum, most of the Troll rushed out, launching a pincer attack on the human Professional.

"Damn it, are you Bounty Hunter out of your minds? You're actually planning to become lackeys of the Dark Creatures?"

"Don't let us escape, or you'll have nowhere to go on the entire continent." The genius Warrior, whose Chrysanthemum was severely injured, said with a resentful expression, because his Chrysanthemum, which had never been touched by outsiders, now felt no tightness.

There's also a feeling that I might need to poop at any moment...

Seeing this scene, the Player naturally realized they had been tricked. Logically, the Dark Forces were targeting NPCs, which originally had nothing to do with the Player. However, they had only come to join the fun because they knew about the Bloodline Fruit, and today they might all die here.

"Holy crap, this is too intense! We can't break through at all. Are we supposed to just respawn at the spawn point every time we die? That would be a huge loss!"

"Stay calm, stay calm, let the NPCs hold them off, and while we're at it, see if we can find His Your Highness. If we do, stick close to him; if we can't, we're doomed..." The Player all knew that in this situation, His Your Highness was definitely using them as expendable pawns.

There's no way around it.

They can be resurrected.

I just hope that after they return to town and respawn, they'll get more rewards, at least enough to compensate for the lost equipment.

William was still observing through Alec's perspective when he couldn't help but gasp. The Dark City was really going all out; they were trying to annihilate this group of genius Professional. This was clearly a recipe for war!

He even recognized a Legendary NPC, the one whom Adolf had violated, who was the Marquis's Son from the ' Red Fire Kingdom ' and possessed extremely formidable strength.

Logically, he didn't die in his previous life, but now he's very likely dead here.

This shows that the butterfly effect has already begun.

Adolf, who was scared away by him and came here, was the storm stirred up by the butterfly.

I just don't know how this storm will turn out!

"The Bloodline Fruit will be ripe in two or three minutes, but the Troll Chieftain above us hasn't left yet. If I dig now, it will definitely alert him. Wells, get ready." As soon as William finished speaking, he quickly started digging upwards.

Although the sound of thousands of Dark Creatures running was extremely resonant, the ground beneath the Troll Chieftain's feet kept collapsing.

This made him cautiously take a few steps back, frowning and muttering to himself, "What the hell? Burrowing Worm from the Dark World? Ugh, how disgusting..."

"Damn you!" Upon hearing this, William couldn't hold back any longer. He transformed into a blue shadow and burst out of the ground, aiming a sword strike directly at the Troll Chieftain.

With a whoosh, a narrow, Thunder Sword Aura shot straight towards the top of his head.

Bang!

The cautious Troll Chieftain raised his Spiked Club to block the attack, and the scattered lightning did not cause him any harm.

But Wells had already charged forward with his shield and sword raised, and a tremendous force slammed into Crazy Grum's stomach, causing him to stumble back three or five steps, with a small wound appearing in his abdomen from Wells's thrust.

"You little dwarfs, you're asking for death!" Grum discovered the wound on his stomach, and even though it wasn't bleeding much, he was still furious. He kept chanting spells that no one else could understand.

In just a few seconds, the Troll Chieftain's body turned pitch black. He struck his chest heavily with his Spiked Club, but instead of being injured, it produced a crisp metallic clang.

Burning Ash and Diablo stopped the other Troll.

Wells and Tyrannosaur Rex exchanged bewildered glances. If the Troll before them could call themselves Tank, then what were they?

A fleshy ball?

Unfortunately, William was oblivious to everything else at the moment; his gaze was fixed intently on the Bloodline Fruit that was about to ripen.

While the Troll Chieftain roared and brutally beat Wells and his companion.

He made nine quick, 'swish swish swish' movements.

Pick all the Bloodline Fruit.

He then used Thunder God's Left Hand to dig up the entire plant, roots and all.

Then he glanced at the group of people whose faces were bruised and swollen from being slapped. "Let's get out of here, hurry up and go, don't dawdle."

After saying this, William jumped into the tunnel without looking back.

The Troll Chieftain, however, couldn't stand it. This was bait offered by the master of the Dark City, and now even the entire plant had been stolen. Even if he returned alive, he would likely face severe punishment.

He then suddenly broke through Wells's defensive formation and leaped down as well.

but...

At this very moment.

Despite appearing to be struggling and powerless, Wells and his companions suddenly unleashed a series of powerful attacks, forcefully causing the entire cave to collapse.

at the same time.

They also rushed into the tunnel before the cave collapsed.

And so...

Crazy Grum looked up at the blocked tunnel entrance, then at the large group of men surrounding him. He swallowed hard, then couldn't help but swing his Spiked Club to block their advance, roaring madly.

But the burly men didn't care at all, and continued to approach with smiles on their faces. Go ahead and scream, scream all you want, no one will come to save you...

What can Master Tier Troll do?

Four Legendary and one Epic— aren't they enough to crush you?
