In Dawn City.
William walked alone into the Rainbow Lake Forbidden Grounds. He looked up at the World Tree, which had already grown past 1,800 meters. It had shot up more than 800 meters in just a few months.
Then again, the concentration of mana in the Rainbow Lake Forbidden Grounds was absurd. A professional living here could break through several minor realms in a row just by lying around and cultivating.
And the Life Aura here was incredibly dense.
The plants, flowers, and grasses around the World Tree had grown lush beyond belief!
Better yet, although the World Tree was enormous, sunlight seemed to pass right through its vast, umbrella-shaped canopy. The ground beneath it was hardly dark at all.
"Awesome." William nodded to himself. He really had found a treasure.
When the World Tree saw him, a few hanging branches brushed gently against William's face like little hands. It seemed delighted that the prince had come to visit and wanted to be close to him.
"Shoo, shoo. Could you stop caring so much about looks? Now be good and open the door. Let me see what treasures you've saved up." William swatted the branches away, and a Magic Gate obediently formed in the World Tree's trunk.
The next moment.
The prince entered the space inside the World Tree's trunk. He took a deep breath and felt instantly refreshed, with buffs for health regeneration, mana regeneration, and healing appearing on him.
It was no exaggeration to say.
Creatures nearing the end of their lifespan would live much longer just by staying here, even without drinking a drop of Water of Life.
No exaggeration at all.
This place was paradise, the Garden of Eden, a sanctuary on earth—a legendary fairyland!
Unfortunately, William did not dare let anyone know about it.
