Lin Hai had not been gone to Kamar-Taj for long. By the time the four returned to his home, it was only just past noon.
They had not been done eating for long, and they had just gone to Kamar-Taj to cool off for a while, so none of them had any intention of taking a nap. The four filed down from the living room into the basement and began discussing the design of the protective gear.
The four sat around the table. Peter pulled out a roll of white paper from the shelf and spread it open, while Harry dug several pencils and a ruler out of a drawer.
The first matter to discuss was the material for the suit's inner lining.
This dated back to when Lin Hai was still in high school. After he cured Harry's father, Norman Osborn, of his illness, he and the Osborn Group had entered into a cooperative project involving plant-based materials.
This project had once been Lin Hai's greatest source of income, only gradually fading from prominence after Starsea Studio's revenue surpassed it.
Lin Hai had used this material to upgrade Peter's Spider-Suit, and Harry's Nova Armor lining was made from the same material as well.
Over the years, Peter and Harry had both been extremely satisfied with it. In their view, the plant material Lin Hai provided was countless times more effective than those so-called "polymer materials" on the market.
More importantly, Lin Hai's abilities had been far weaker back then, yet the materials he cultivated had already achieved such performance. Now that his Life Force had undergone what could only be described as earth-shaking changes, the materials he cultivated would only be better.
Thus, for this suit upgrade or production process, Lin Hai would handle most of the non-metal components.
