Daisy had never expected that she would give herself to Loren so soon after joining his team. Things had moved far too quickly.

But she was an adult. Since it had already happened, there was nothing more to say.

Besides, whether it was his looks or his status, Loren was among the very best. If they really had to calculate it, she had come out ahead.

Looking at Daisy, 2B handed her a bottle of chilled drink.

Then she sat down beside her, opened a bottle for herself, and took several big gulps.

Hearing 2B's words, Daisy froze for a moment. Only then did she seem to realize that her body had become different from before.

Her strength, endurance, and resistance to blows had all improved by far more than just a little.

"I'm not as amazing as you think. The reason I can do this is all because of Boss's experiment."

"Boss, fine, you enhanced Daisy's superpowers, but why did you strengthen her body too? You clearly have improper intentions!"

After hearing Daisy's words, 2B immediately looked at Loren with a mischievous grin, wearing an expression that said she had seen right through him.

Loren was speechless. Just as he was about to explain, an alarm suddenly sounded.

"Warning! Warning! An unidentified person has intruded into the manor and is rapidly approaching this location!"

"Who is it? How dare they trespass into the manor? They're courting death!"
