Ch. 228Rage Beast

Four-Armed Hulk rampaged through Kang’s forces while Miles and the others evacuated to Sokovia to activate the time-travel plan. As Dr. Pym began charging the Time Engine, Kang’s Legion arrived over Sokovia.

  • Miles released control of Hulk, who shattered Kang’s shield, evaded Phase Shift, and tore through Kang’s Legion.
  • Tony Stark chose to fight the invasion alone, while Steve remained behind on the bridge.
  • Miles evacuated the cloned Mutants through a portal with Scott and Little Charles, and Mr. Sinister revealed he had intensified Hulk’s hatred of Kang.
  • Hulk killed Kang and charged at more arriving Kang forces, while Miles opened a portal to Sokovia and ordered the group to activate the X-Men: Days of Future Past plan.
  • Miles and the others reached Sokovia, and Dr. Pym began charging the Time Engine.
  • Kang’s Legion appeared over Sokovia and triggered the base’s enemy-attack alarm.

Ch. 229The Defense of Sokovia

Miles and the defenders of Sokovia Base defeated Annihilator Kang’s insect army and Kang Taijun’s robot army, then prepared to travel through time to confront Rama-Tut. Miles left Steve in charge and led a team through the Spacetime Engine’s portal to 4,976 years in the past.

  • Annihilator Kang and Kang Taijun attacked Sokovia Base with their insect and robot armies, while Miles used the Enhanced Psychic Amplifier to strike at both Kangs.
  • Miles overwhelmed the Psypoint Matrix made from alternate versions of his brains, and Scott Summers and Scott Lang helped shrink and steal it.
  • Miles seized control of Kang Taijun’s systems, turning the robot army against the insects, while Vision killed Annihilator Kang and Miles destroyed the remaining swarm.
  • Miles sensed more Kangs approaching and ordered Dr. Pym to open the Spacetime Engine to 4,976 years in the past, where the team planned to confront Rama-Tut.
  • Miles told Baron Zemo to evacuate the others, gave Steve his X Terminal, and led Cyclops, Selene, T'Challa, and Scott Lang through the portal.

Ch. 230TVA's Pursuit

Steve gathered Bucky, Natasha, Vision, and Dr. Pym to return to North America and help those fighting there. Meanwhile, Miles's group traveled through Hypertime toward the past, evaded TVA agents, and escaped Apocalypse Marcus after Miles used the Eternal Crystal to wound him with a rewritten past.

  • Steve decided to return to North America, and Bucky, Natasha, Vision, and Dr. Pym joined him.
  • Miles explained that his psychic power protected the group as they traveled through Hypertime toward the distant past.

  • Miles used telekinesis to regroup everyone and Aurora took control of a TVA jumpcraft while Apocalypse attacked.
  • Miles used the Eternal Crystal to overwrite history and reopen an old wound in Apocalypse, then Aurora accelerated the jumpcraft and carried the group onward.

Ch. 231Okara Kingdom

Miles and his companions arrived in ancient Egypt during the fall of Okara Kingdom, where they encountered the young En Sabah Nur and rescued Princess Genesis. They took Nur and Genesis to Busiris, while Rama-Tut ordered a search for Nur and prepared a festival to choose his successor.

  • Nur killed the king of Okara Kingdom and was about to kill a hidden girl when Miles and his companions appeared.
  • Selene greeted Nur, but he attacked her; Miles then immobilized everyone in the palace and stopped probing Nur's mind when his psychic power began to awaken.
  • Scott Lang comforted the girl, and Miles opened a portal to take her, Nur, and the others to a deserted temple in Busiris.
  • Rama-Tut learned that Nur had disappeared, ordered Rogues to find him, and announced a War Festival at Thebes in five days to choose his successor, Marcus.
  • Miles reactivated Kang Taijun's robot body and asked the girl her name; she identified herself as Genesis, princess of Okara.

Ch. 232The Blasphemer Rama-Tut

Miles and his allies recruited Nurr to help them confront Rama-Tut in Thebes, while Genesis struggled with the grief and powerlessness caused by Nurr killing her father. Khonshu answered Genesis’s prayer and transformed her into his agent, leaving her newly empowered by the Moon God.

  • Genesis told Miles and the others how Rama-Tut had conquered Egypt and overthrown its old gods, and Miles revived Nurr and learned that he wanted revenge on Rama-Tut for killing his father.
  • Miles decided the group would approach Rama-Tut in Thebes and defeat or drive him away before using the Eternal Crystal Shard to correct history.
  • At the camp that night, Genesis tried to kill Nurr with his spear, but he stopped her and told her he understood her desire for revenge.
  • Nurr explained that Rama-Tut had imprisoned him and his father Baal in the Sacred Cavern, where Baal starved to death, and Genesis accused Nurr of doing the same thing to her by killing her father.
  • Genesis prayed to the moon for power, and Khonshu appeared and made her his agent, transforming her with moonlight.

Ch. 233Moon Knight

Genesis became Khonshu’s Moon Knight and fought Nurr, but Miles stopped the clash before she was killed. Khonshu revealed that he had chosen Genesis to help confront Rama-Tut, and the group prepared to leave at dawn.

  • Genesis transformed into Moon Knight and charged Nurr, who impaled her with his spear, but she healed beneath the moonlight and wounded him with a crescent dart.
  • Khonshu spoke through Genesis, told Miles that Rama-Tut had altered history, and said Genesis was destined to become his knight; then Khonshu’s presence vanished.
  • Genesis attacked Nurr again, but he broke her arm and pinned her down before Miles intervened and persuaded her to join the fight against Rama-Tut.
  • Genesis accepted that she would join Miles’s group while insisting she would eventually kill Nurr, and her broken arm healed as she rested.
  • Scott Lang returned, and Miles implanted Ancient Egyptian in Scott Lang’s and Scott Summers’s minds; T’Challa declined and said he would learn it himself.
  • Miles saw dawn approaching and told the group to prepare to leave in an hour.

Ch. 234Thebes

Warden Kang fought Tony Stark in Stark Tower while Tony destroyed Kang's unfinished armor. In 2960 BCE, Miles and his disguised team entered Thebes, where the pharaoh's guards recognized Nurr and demanded to know where he had been.

  • Warden Kang used his force field to overpower an AI-controlled Iron Man suit and blasted it out of Stark Tower.
  • Tony Stark revealed himself beside Kang's unfinished Conqueror Armor and destroyed it with an energy blast.
  • Warden Kang donned his original armor, and Tony put on his own red-and-gold armor as the two prepared to fight.
  • Miles, Scott Lang, Cyclops, T'Challa, Nurr, Genesis, and Selene approached Thebes in disguises, intending to reach Rama-Tut without waiting for the War Festival.
  • The disguised caravan entered Thebes with little inspection, but the pharaoh's guards stopped them and recognized Nurr.

Ch. 235Nurr's Past

Miles's group entered Thebes with Nurr, who concealed their identities from Rogues and helped Scott Lang infiltrate the pharaoh's aircraft. Nurr recounted the tangled loyalties that shaped his life and recognized Miles as another Mutant, though he said that did not mean he liked him.

  • Nurr showed Rogues the severed head of Okara's king, then claimed Miles's group were gladiators traveling to the War Festival.
  • Miles learned Rogues was Nurr's master and the pharaoh's captain of the guard, while Genesis relayed Khonshu's claim that Rama-Tut had no true divine power.
  • Miles sent Scott Lang to follow the guards into the temple, and Scott slipped aboard their gold aircraft on a flying ant.
  • Nurr told Miles that Rogues had saved him, Baal had raised him after slaughtering his tribe, and Nephri was important to him despite her brother's role in Baal's death.
  • Nurr said he hated being forced into things but would not seek revenge on Miles because he sensed they were the same kind.
  • Scott Summers offered Nurr a friendly handshake, but Nurr explained that he saw the others as potential sources of strength rather than friends.

Ch. 236Ant-Man's Infiltration

Scott Lang infiltrated the Eternal Temple and discovered that Rama-Tut's fortress housed a vast robot army and a heavily protected control center. After the security system captured Scott, Kang Taijun arrived and confronted Rama-Tut, who learned that Immortus had gone silent.

  • Rama-Tut declared that En Sabah Nur would become his weapon after the War Festival, while Ozymandias warned that Nurr was dangerous.
  • Scott Lang and Jossen explored the temple under Miles's psychic guidance and found its laboratories, energy reactor, and enormous army of Anubis-like robots.
  • Scott reached the shielded control room, but the security system struck him with electricity and Rama-Tut restored him to normal size and demanded to know who had sent him.
  • Kang Taijun stepped through a portal to confront Rama-Tut, who discovered that he could no longer contact Immortus.
  • Rama-Tut mocked Kang Taijun's defeat in Sokovia and ordered him to leave, but Kang Taijun insisted there was no need for a second Kang in the era.

Ch. 237Kang Taijun vs. Rama-Tut

Kang Taijun fought Rama-Tut in the Eternal Temple, escaped destruction by sending Scott Lang through a time rift, and was apparently defeated after Rama-Tut stopped time and severed his mechanical body. Miles recovered Kang Taijun’s core, and the chapter ended with Nurr opening a portal of his own.

  • Rama-Tut attacked Kang Taijun with the temple’s weapons and gravity control, but Kang Taijun pulled Scott Lang toward him and sent him through a rift in the Time Stream.
  • Kang Taijun survived Rama-Tut’s barrage by consuming the temple’s machinery and rebuilding himself as a giant mechanical Abomination.
  • Rama-Tut stopped time and used Spacetime Severing to cut apart Kang Taijun’s body, while the Kang Taijun Core escaped through a portal.
  • Rama-Tut spoke with Immortus, who told him to find Miles Zero and the fragment of the Eternal Crystal, and learned that Marcus had been sent to the past.
  • Miles collected the Kang Taijun Core in the sewers beneath Thebes and told Cyclops and Black Panther about its ability to consume machinery.
  • Nurr sensed a spacetime fluctuation and opened a portal, surprising Miles, Scott, T’Challa, and the others.

Ch. 238Now and Then

In the modern world, Mister Sinister prepared Steve Rogers and the Avengers for battle against Kang and introduced a young mutant team as the X-Men. In ancient Thebes, Nurr reunited with Nephri, but after Ozymandias caught them together, Nephri saw Nurr’s face and screamed that he was a monster.

  • Mister Sinister showed Steve Rogers and the others Aurora’s intelligence, which revealed Kang forces across North America and an attack at Stark Tower.
  • Mister Sinister presented Little Charles and the young mutants, gave Charles Miles’s X Terminal, and named them the X-Men.
  • Nurr used his newly awakened spatial ability to teleport to Ozymandias’s estate and reunite with Nephri.
  • Ozymandias returned unexpectedly, discovered Nurr and Nephri together, and Nurr hurled him outside.
  • Nurr asked Nephri to leave Thebes with him, then revealed his face at her request, and she screamed that he was a monster.

Ch. 239Nurr's Awakening

Miles's group planned to seize the Eternal Temple's central hub while Nurr was captured and taken toward Rama-Tut. Nurr revealed that his powers were returning and intended to confront Rama-Tut as bait, while Marcus arrived in the temple to help hunt Miles and his allies.

  • Miles and his allies discussed using Scott Lang and the Kang Taijun Core to take control of the temple, and Lord Buster appeared to offer his support.
  • Ozymandias subdued Nurr with a weapon that weakened him, then had soldiers carry him away toward the temple.
  • Miles contacted Nurr telepathically and learned that Nurr had awakened Telepathy and planned to face Rama-Tut while the others attacked the temple's central hub.
  • Miles told the group to move against the temple, and Lord Buster agreed to witness the coming battle for the Egyptian Ennead.
  • Marcus, calling himself Apocalypse, arrived in the Eternal Temple and told Rama-Tut he had come to find Miles and his accomplices.

Ch. 240Nurr's Rage

Nurr discovered that Rama-Tut had orchestrated much of his suffering and killed Rogues, awakening new power and turning against the Pharaoh. As Miles, T'Challa, Black Cat, Scott, and Genesis confronted Rama-Tut, Apocalypse Marcus arrived, and Nurr realized that the powerful newcomer was his future self who had submitted to the Pharaoh.

  • Miles used a subtle psychological suggestion to convince the guards to admit the Wakandan delegation into the temple.
  • Rama-Tut sentenced Nephri to a convent and killed Rogues in front of Nurr, then ordered Nurr to fight for the Pharaoh's glory.
  • Nurr broke his chains, awakened Energy Control, and blocked and crushed Rama-Tut's Super-Diode Ray.
  • T'Challa and the disguised Miles, Scott, and Genesis revealed themselves alongside the transformed Black Cat and surrounded Rama-Tut with Nurr.
  • Apocalypse Marcus emerged from a portal, and Nurr recognized him as his future self and accused him of submitting to the Pharaoh.

Ch. 241The Gap of Five Thousand Years

Marcus defeated Nurr and declared that history was anchored, while Miles and the others fought Marcus and Rama-Tut. Aurora revealed her disguise and breached the Temple Control Core, and Nurr returned to stop Marcus from reaching it.

  • Marcus broke Nurr’s wrist, crushed his chest, and threw him into a pillar before warning Miles that history was anchored.
  • Rama-Tut joined the fight and used a gravity field to restrain Moon Knight and Black Panther as the heroes attacked.
  • Buster’s panther forms and Miles’s spear distracted the villains, while Black Panther, Cyclops, and Miles coordinated an attempt to recover Rama-Tut’s scepter.
  • Genesis healed Nurr after he pleaded for her help, and Nurr got up and charged back toward Marcus.
  • Miles’s apparent body turned out to be Aurora, who entered Rama-Tut’s staff and disabled the Temple Control Core.
  • Marcus tore open a spatial rift to reach the Control Core, but Nurr charged into him and demanded to know where he was going.

Ch. 242Disguised Infiltration

Miles and Scott Lang infiltrated Rama-Tut’s central control hub, where Scott used the Kang Taijun Core to fuse with and destroy the temple’s control system. Miles halted the core’s rampage, but its new consciousness identified itself as Uodo, the War Spirit.

  • Miles and Scott Lang disguised themselves as temple guards and used Cognitive Interference to reach the central hub without raising suspicion.
  • As Aurora seized Rama-Tut’s scepter, Miles shattered the Wall of Sighs with the Kang Taijun Core’s energy, while Scott destroyed several sentry cannons.
  • Scott took the Kang Taijun Core toward the control console as Miles fought the drones and Mechanical Jackals; after Jossen was shot down, Scott reached the console and began forced fusion.
  • The Kang Taijun Core’s metal fibers consumed the control room and its defenses, and Miles used Electronic Manipulation to stop the rampage.
  • A new consciousness emerged from the fused system, first calling itself Kang Taijun and then declaring, “I am Uodo, the War Spirit!!”

Ch. 243A Shift in Divine Authority

Miles breached Rama-Tut’s temple control system with help from Aurora and Uodo, breaking the Pharaoh’s Time Stop and turning the temple’s authority against him. As Miles overwhelmed Marcus in a psychic clash and took control of the temple, Marcus abandoned the duel and charged at him, only for Miles to invoke Time Stop.

  • Rama-Tut activated the backup core and ordered Marcus to defeat the heroes while he went to the central control room.
  • Marcus overpowered Nurr, T’Challa, Scott, Buster, and Moon Knight, then shattered Aurora’s cane and attacked her with his psychic power.
  • Rama-Tut stopped time and moved to kill Buster and Genesis, but Miles emerged through the gateway and moved freely, revealing that he had breached the temple system.
  • Uodo corrupted the backup core while Miles seized control permissions, breaking Rama-Tut’s Time Stop and allowing Buster to wound the Pharaoh.
  • Miles joined Aurora and Uodo to take over the temple while matching Marcus’s psychic power, and Marcus lunged at him with his full strength.
  • Miles raised a hand and invoked Time Stop as Marcus charged.

Ch. 244Anchoring Fate

Miles killed Marcus and Rama-Tut in the Eternal Temple, but Immortus revived Marcus by invoking his role in an anchored time loop. Immortus left Miles facing a choice between three possible futures, including killing En Sabah Nur to restore the history Miles remembered.

  • Miles erased Marcus with Temporal Annihilation and crushed Rama-Tut’s consciousness while time was stopped.
  • Miles killed Immortus, but another Immortus emerged through a portal and explained that he had wanted Rama-Tut dead.
  • Immortus reversed time to revive Marcus and revealed that Marcus and En Sabah Nur were bound to an anchored loop ending with Marcus defeating and reshaping Nurr at the War Festival.
  • Miles tried to overwrite Marcus’s death with an Eternal Crystal Shard, but the complete Eternal Crystal’s anchored history overpowered it, and Marcus revived.
  • Immortus revealed that Miles’s use of the shard had helped him locate the exiled copies of himself and warned that En Sabah Nur’s survival would determine the world’s future.
  • Immortus left with Marcus, telling Miles that he could restore the history he remembered only by killing En Sabah Nur; Miles was left alone to consider the three futures.

Ch. 245Different Futures

After defeating Rama-Tut, Miles revealed that restoring history could erase the world T'Challa came from and might require killing Nurr, while the heroes struggled to choose between their futures. Nurr found his resolve to defeat Marcus, and in the modern world Warden Kang was caught off guard as a shield flew toward him.

  • Miles defeated Rama-Tut, learned Immortus had taken Marcus, and explained the time loop and three possible futures to the group.
  • T'Challa challenged Miles over the cost of restoring history, while Miles said he would search for a way to save both worlds; Cyclops Scott admitted he could not accept killing Nurr, despite the risk of losing Rachel.
  • Nurr feared his coming confrontation with Marcus, then found Nephri with Ozymandias and destroyed their mansion in anger before confronting Genesis.
  • Nurr told Genesis he would defeat Marcus, no matter what it took.
  • At Stark Tower, Warden Kang held the weakened Tony Stark by the throat until a red, white, and black shield hurtled toward him.

Ch. 246Warden Kang vs. the Avengers

The Avengers and newly freed Mutants fought Warden Kang, who overwhelmed them with force fields, time manipulation, and advanced technology. As Kang prepared to kill Psylocke, a future version of her awakened within her and struck at his mask with a newly formed psychic blade.

  • Steve, Bucky, Natasha, Tony, and several Mutants gathered to confront Warden Kang, while Quicksilver ferried the Mutants to the ruins.
  • Shockwave and Storm attacked Kang, but his energy barrier blocked them; Vision joined the fight and landed a punch before Kang disrupted his phasing and hurled him into the rubble.
  • Colossus and Psylocke attacked Kang, but he blasted Colossus away and seized Psylocke by the throat.
  • Kang used time dilation to defeat Quicksilver, then suppressed the remaining fighters and prepared to kill Psylocke.
  • A future version of Psylocke spoke to her, revealed her name as Elizabeth "Betsy" Braddock, and took control as Psylocke formed a powerful psychic longsword and thrust it at Kang's mask.

Ch. 247Blade Flash

Psylocke’s attack cracked Warden Kang’s helmet, allowing Little Charles to invade his mind and help the heroes overwhelm him. After Psylocke drew on the Mind Stone to break Kang’s time field and defenses, the united team defeated him, and Tony Stark contrasted Kang’s isolation with their strength together.

  • Psylocke landed three rapid attacks on Warden Kang, cracked his visor, and silently called on Charles as Kang choked her.
  • Little Charles invaded Kang’s mind, letting Steve, Bucky, Psylocke, and the others disrupt his defenses and drive him into the rubble with Shockwave’s blast.
  • Kang’s Anti-Psychic Field activated and broke Little Charles’s control, then Kang’s energy blast destroyed Charles’s wheelchair and forced Quicksilver to rescue him.
  • Psylocke touched Vision’s Mind Stone, gained golden power, and pierced Kang’s helmet, collapsing his time domain and Anti-Psychic Field.
  • Little Charles controlled Kang while Colossus, Storm, Shockwave, and Steve’s shield battered him until his armor was ruined and the battle ended.
  • Tony Stark told Kang that he had always been alone, then looked to Steve and the others as he declared that they had never fought alone.

Ch. 248Dimensional Barrier

After Warden Kang’s capture, Tony Stark questioned him about the Council of Kangs and learned that Earth’s Holy Domain had been breached. Tony and Hank Pym realized they could adapt the Quantum Realm to create a defense against the invasion, and Pym revealed that Acacia City held a Spacetime Engine left by Conqueror Kang.

  • Mr. Sinister treated Tony Stark’s severe injuries at Essex Corporation, then sent the Avengers and Mutants away once Tony was stable.
  • Tony brought the group, Psylocke, and their captive Warden Kang aboard his Quinjet and explained that he planned to capture a Kang and extract information.
  • Little Charles used his mind-reading ability to relay Warden Kang’s thoughts about Hulk, Earth’s importance, and the breached Holy Domain.
  • Warden Kang revealed that the Holy Domain had protected Earth from dimensional invasions, prompting Tony to consider creating a similar defense.
  • Tony and Dr. Pym realized the Quantum Realm’s relationship to Earth mirrored the Holy Domain’s, and Pym said Acacia City contained Conqueror Kang’s Spacetime Engine.

Ch. 249Resolving the Present

Miles repaired the Eternal Temple and decided to send Nurr through Hypertime to grow stronger before his duel with Marcus. As Miles led Nurr and the two Scotts into another timeline, they found themselves surrounded by an enormous force of TVA agents ordered to erase them.

  • Miles considered the competing futures for Mutants, ordinary humans, and Kang, then agreed to help Nurr prepare for his fate-anchored duel with Marcus.
  • Miles offered to send Nurr into another branch of spacetime to gain thousands of years of experience, and Nurr accepted.
  • Miles told Aurora he would help Nurr defeat Marcus, then deal with Immortus and seek the TVA and Loki at the End of Time afterward.
  • Nurr trained against Scott Summers outside Thebes, enduring Scott's powerful blasts and demanding that he keep attacking.
  • Miles gathered Nurr, Scott Summers, and Scott Lang and opened a portal into Hypertime, while Genesis stayed behind to guard the temple.
  • Miles and the others emerged in Hypertime surrounded by countless TVA agents, who ordered them erased.

Ch. 250Quantum Realm!

Miles led his allies into the Quantum Realm to escape Immortus’s TVA forces, only to discover they had arrived at the past battle with Conqueror Kang. He realized his other self was about to become Miles Legion, whose emergence had previously destroyed the world.

  • Miles used Conqueror Kang’s Energy Core to devastate the TVA’s attack, while Mechanical Jackal warriors from the Eternal Temple joined the fight to cover the group’s escape.
  • With Immortus’s agents sealing the routes through spacetime, Miles used Scott Lang’s Pym Particle Darts and Kang’s spacetime power to open a passage into the Quantum Realm.
  • The group and their pursuers split into countless versions of themselves during the journey, then reunited on a floating continent; Miles and Nurr subdued the agents who had followed them.
  • Miles used his Portable Psychic Amplifier to locate their position and learned they had arrived at the past confrontation with Conqueror Kang.
  • Miles watched his past self activate Personality Simulation: Legion, causing Miles Legion to emerge—the same event that had led to the world’s destruction.
