Background

Golden Crocodile Douluo is Jin Hao’s grandfather and one of Spirit Hall’s oldest surviving powerhouses. He takes great pride in Jin Hao’s Innate Full Soul Power, twin Martial Souls, and unusually early acquisition of a millennium-year second Soul Ring. He openly compares Jin Hao’s future potential with Qian Renxue’s, despite acknowledging her superior innate foundation. 1

When Qian Daoliu reveals Bibi Dong’s plan to send Jin Hao undercover as Xue Qinghe, Golden Crocodile fiercely objects. He considers the operation a waste of his grandson’s talent, challenges Bibi Dong’s authority, and even suggests that Qian Daoliu reclaim direct control of Spirit Hall. He ultimately yields only after Jin Hao voluntarily accepts the mission to spare Qian Renxue. 1

Golden Crocodile is intensely proud of his family, particularly Jin Hao.
