Background

Jin Hao is Golden Crocodile Douluo’s grandson and Qian Daoliu’s great-grandson. He awakened with Innate Full Soul Power and twin Martial Souls: the Myriad Manifestations Mirror and Golden Dragon Crocodile. His first Martial Soul copied the Six-Winged Angel Martial Soul upon awakening, making Bibi Dong view him as a major future threat. 1 2

Bibi Dong arranged for Jin Hao to be declared dead and replace Heaven Dou’s Second Prince, Xue Qinghe. Jin Hao accepted the operation voluntarily to keep Qian Renxue from being sent undercover in his place, though he also recognized that control of Heaven Dou could provide the faith, authority, and independence needed for his own path to godhood. 1 2

After taking Xue Qinghe’s identity, Jin Hao turned a staged Soul Ring incident into proof that the prince’s Swan Martial Soul had mutated into an offensive Ice Crystal Swan. Jin Hao is calculating, patient, and highly pragmatic. He treats political status, cultivation resources, alliances, and talented Soul Masters as assets to be secured before they can strengthen his enemies. His recruitment of Oscar, cultivation of ties with Dugu Yan, and acceptance of Ning Fengzhi’s discipleship all serve his plan to construct a faction loyal to Jin Hao rather than merely to “Xue Qinghe.” 9 25 27 28

He is willing to use deception, staged attacks, assassination, and manipulation to secure power. He arranged Xue Qinghe’s replacement, fabricated the Ice Crystal Swan mutation, and privately considered removing rival princes to become the only viable heir. 2 4 6
