Thraxol's father, who had been putting on the air of a dignified family head before Li Qinwu, went pale the instant he saw the old lion arrive!
Earlier, when Li Qinwu had sent someone to arrange an appointment, he had deliberately chosen the beginning of the month, when the old lion would be attending a meeting with the High Lords.
Thraxol's father and mother had been very pleased, because they knew the old lion, the family head, was a human supremacist. What he detested most were Xenos aliens.
As for things like Abhumans, many dignitaries in the Imperium of Man did not even consider them human!
Dignitaries at the old lion's level would even propose legislation during meetings to abolish the so-called legal Abhumans entirely and purge them all!
The reason for such extremism was also tied to human history.
These mutated human races known as Abhumans had undoubtedly done some questionable things during the long period in which they diverged from ordinary humans.
Some Abhumans had even established their own regimes. When the Imperium was weak, they had tried to carve out their own territories and dealt the Imperium of Man severe blows.
Ordinary people might not know, but dignitaries like them knew perfectly well that Abhumans had once inflicted grievous harm upon humanity.
Thus, the higher one's status, the more extreme one tended to be toward Abhumans!
Now that the old lion saw Catwoman Nova enter his home, his old face flushed red with rage.
Pointing at his son, Thraxol's father, he roared:
