"Hey, a little higher. Yes, keep going. Stop! Hold it right there!"
In the basement, Tony held a welding torch as he gave the Iron Armor helmet held by a mechanical arm its final adjustments.
Dazzling sparks flickered twice. Once the final procedure was complete, Tony casually tossed aside the tool in his hand and carried the helmet over like a treasure to the Iron Armor standing in the middle of the room, its metallic beauty on full display. He fastened the helmet onto it, making it whole.
"JARVIS, do you think this thing can make Ryan kneel and beg for mercy?"
Standing before the armor, Tony propped his chin with his right hand and spoke as if deep in thought.
JARVIS's voice rang out. "Sir, although I hate to discourage you, the data comparison tells me that Mark II has less than a fifty percent chance of winning even against the soldiers under Mr. Ryan's command."
"Of course it can't do it yet, but I believe it'll work in the future. One day, I'll develop armor capable of defeating that bastard Ryan. When that day comes, I'll call it the Anti-Ryan Armor. What do you think?"
Tony walked into the kitchen and made himself a cup of coffee to fight off his fatigue, muttering under his breath.
Mark II's performance was even stronger than he had originally expected. He had Wakanda to thank for that. While most of their technology required Vibranium to function, many of its principles had still benefited him greatly.
As he looked at Mark II before him, he was already considering how to upgrade the next generation.
This time, he had rushed to create something for self-defense and revenge, so many of his ideas and technologies had not been incorporated. Strictly speaking, it was a
