In the air, Kizaru stood suspended in midair, looking down at the ground from above.
In the distance, three Cipher Pol agents dressed in white coats and wearing masks rushed toward them at high speed.
"Meeting again, young Ryan. And this young lady."
Standing in the air, Kizaru spoke in a leisurely tone.
Ryan chuckled below and looked up. "Well, if it isn't Admiral Kizaru. What, all healed up?"
"Just minor injuries. So, young Ryan, can you tell me why you came here, and where your remaining companion is now?"

"I came to watch the show, and maybe ruin the Marines' and World Government's plans while I was at it."
Ryan spoke lightly. Under Kizaru's increasingly solemn gaze, he sighed. "Killing a Celestial Dragon was like poking a hornet's nest. Cipher Pol's intelligence agents have been chasing me all over the world lately."
"If I wanted to stop being hunted for the rest of my life, I could only put in some effort now and find a way to solve the problem once and for all, so I could return to my peaceful life."
As he spoke, Ryan looked up at Kizaru. "Does Admiral Kizaru have a problem with my plan?"
Kizaru fell silent for a moment before speaking. "That's quite a frightening plan. But, young Ryan, I don't think your strength alone is enough to accomplish your goal."
"Is that so?"
Ryan raised his head with a look of surprise. "I think it's already enough."
He snapped his fingers. In an instant, a magic rune that reached from heaven to earth appeared on the battlefield. As an item between his fingers turned to ash, the Demon-Sealing Crystal concealed within the ice dust, which had sealed a Super-Tier Magic, activated at once.
