Background / History

Dragon founded the Revolutionary Army to resist oppression, assist disadvantaged populations, and support uprisings against tyrannical rulers. The organization does not intervene against competent or benevolent governments. Its original end goal was to overthrow the World Government and replace it with a less exploitative alliance of nations without Celestial Dragons or the Heavenly Tribute. 214
