"Company? I just wanted to try it on my own first."
Ryan shook his head after hearing her subdued voice. "That'll be difficult. Do you think the government would allow violent incidents to happen around you when they know you're my sister?"
"So I wasted the whole morning running around?"
"No wonder I always felt like something was off around me."
Her voice rose slightly, and her tense little face looked rather embarrassed.
"It wasn't a waste. At least you got familiar with the roads in New New York."
Ryan rubbed his chin, looked at the unhappy Annie, and suggested, "How about we go out for a walk?"
"Where? Like you said, construction crews are everywhere outside."
Annie replied listlessly. Having just made a trip around the city, she did not particularly want to go out again.
"Let's go watch a press conference and see what Tony is up to."
"What plan is it for this time?"
Annie asked unhappily. She had thought he simply wanted to take her out for fun.
"No." Looking at Annie's adorably sulky face, Ryan reached out and pinched her cheek. "I'm just curious. If there's somewhere else you want to go, we can go wherever you say."
Smack!
Annie swatted away his mischievous hand, glared viciously at Ryan with slightly reddened cheeks, then slumped after thinking for a moment.
"Let's go where you said."
It was rather funny when she thought about it—she really did not have anywhere in particular she wanted to go.
After tidying up a little, the two left the room and arrived on the streets of New York.
Ryan had partially disguised himself. His face was more famous than that of the hottest celebrity right now; if he walked onto the streets looking like himself, it would definitely cause a
