Yayoi hosted the Five Kage Summit, where the great nations agreed to divide the Tailed Beasts, then explored new techniques and trade with Sunagakure. The arc left him considering a Puppet Technique exchange while continuing to develop the Land of Night’s strength.

• Yayoi arranged relief for refugees from the Land of Fields as Konoha worked to recover from the battle that killed Madara.
• Tobirama invited Yayoi to host a summit about distributing the Tailed Beasts, and Yayoi asked to trade Konoha’s Yin-Yang Release knowledge for the beasts intended for other nations.
• Hashirama and Tobirama brought six captured Tailed Beasts to Three Wolves Mountain, where the assembled Kage argued over the terms of their distribution.
• Hashirama persuaded the Kage to make concessions, and they agreed that Hidden Mist, Hidden Rock, and Hidden Cloud would each receive two Tailed Beasts in exchange for resources and other concessions.
• Nene tested a Tailed-Beast Chakra drug that temporarily strengthened its users, while Yayoi began developing the Mysterious Peacock Method and learned to fly with chakra wings.
• Yayoi’s summoned beast Yukino delivered a camera and his messages to Izayoi, who blushed at his request for photos and regretted her earlier romantic remarks.

Yayoi built ties with Konoha and Sunagakure while advancing his puppet program and investigating the origins of chakra. Izayai entered his household as the Uchiha Clan’s agent, and the arc ended with Hisana setting out to meet Kano in Oboro’s ninja gear.

• Yayoi exchanged the Land of Night’s Puppet Technique system with Sunagakure’s Wind Release system and arranged an exchange student program with Shamon.
• Yayoi traveled to Konoha with Kicho and Hisana, completed a trade agreement with Tobirama, and learned that Mito’s attempt to inspect Hisana’s seal had exposed the Land of Night’s secrecy concerns.
• Yayoi welcomed ten Sunagakure exchange students and demonstrated his puppets, then suspected Formless might be the legendary puppeteer Monzaemon and ordered Irori to monitor him.

Yayoi and his allies crushed a coalition of exiled ninja, while Komurasaki awakened and demonstrated her formidable Genjutsu. After Yayoi married Izayoi, she began training with Kicho as the Land of Night prepared to strengthen its samurai and attract fighters from abroad.

• Hisana survived an assassination attempt by Black Fang, and Yayoi sent Kicho to Kusagakure to investigate and secure an apology and compensation.
• Yayoi joined the Five Great Nations’ leaders in planning a covert strike against exiled ninja, then fought alongside the allied forces as they wiped out the rebels and subdued Hirubi.
• Yayoi and Nene studied his unusual chakra, which rapidly healed a wounded mouse, and began investigating its connection to life creation and the Ten-Tails.
• Yayoi awakened Komurasaki, who fooled those around her with Genjutsu and later proved capable of deceiving sensory ninja and the Three-Tomoe Sharingan.

Yayoi held a major samurai tournament, welcomed its champion and other samurai into the Land of Night, and pursued Dragon Vein Chakra from Rōran. Years later, after transforming his body with Chakra, Yayoi’s son Doichi traveled to Konoha with Kicho and met Chihiro, his fiancée.

• Shinjiro entered the Ninja World’s First Samurai Tournament, where Miyamoto Raizo defeated Kurobei in the final and claimed the championship.
• Yayoi offered Miyamoto Raizo and Princess Tamaki shelter and arranged for the Land of Rain to end its pursuit of them, while Kurobei challenged Raizo to a rematch.
• Hisana and Kicho traveled to Rōran with Nene and collected its stored Dragon Vein Chakra for Yayoi.
• Yayoi studied the Dragon Vein Chakra and tasked Nene with measuring its properties as he considered using it to create a controllable biological weapon.
• Four years into the peace agreement, Konoha invited ninja villages to its Joint Chunin Ninja Exams, while Yayoi focused on Tsunade’s birth.
