Ling Zhi returned to the Main Camp in a daze. The journey had been peaceful; she encountered nothing. Su Ming truly had no intention of going back on his word and allowed Ling Zhi to reach the Main Camp safely.

Ling Zhi returned to the Main Camp, where Lin Jun was also standing. He looked as though he had only returned not long ago.

Long Yu seemed to be saying something to him. Ling Zhi walked straight up to Lin Jun and looked him in the eye.

"I have something I need to discuss with you."

Ling Zhi then glanced at Long Yu, who nodded knowingly.

"You two talk. I won't disturb you."

Long Yu also knew that he was nothing before these two great powers. He might even hold them back, so he left immediately.

If Lin Jun truly fought against the Heavenly Tribulation, Long Yu did not plan to intervene. It was not because he feared anything, but because he worried he would keep Lin Jun from fighting freely and become a burden to him.
