Background

Roger was the third prince of the Dawn Kingdom. He was sacrificed on the orders of his father after the corrupted War God targeted him for carrying mortal blood the War God despised. The Marriage Goddess intervened before he could be taken to the War God’s Divine Kingdom, banishing him to the Magic Goddess instead; the laws of marriage subsequently made Roger the Magic Goddess’s husband 4 60.

The sacrifice left Roger without a physical body, surviving only as a Divine Spirit. He repeatedly relived the burning through nightmares and regarded his dependence on Faith Power as an immediate threat to his existence 1 25. After learning that worship could transform him into a god, he accepted a powerless Divinity as a vessel for Faith Power and changed his intended divine name from “Internet God” to “Technology God” 4.

Rather than establish a conventional church immediately, Roger pursued faith through useful inventions.
