With the sound of approaching footsteps, a figure soon came into Roxy's view.

The visitor wore the uniform of the Victoria Royal Guard and carried a scroll bearing the Victoria royal family's crest.

Seeing Roxy in full dress uniform, the military envoy seemed surprised that the lieutenant general under house arrest had anticipated his arrival. He froze briefly, then quickly recovered.
