"But now that he's noticed the Astral Orbital Barrier Device, he may uncover something later. You would do well to prepare. After all, your concept for the Astral Orbital Field is ingenious. If you can build it, the Empire will have a barrier no outside force can breach. That would certainly be a good thing for the Empire."
