At 7:50 the next morning, Gon and Killua arrived at the training room right on time.
Gon had copied the training plan Genos had given him into a notebook. He was lying on the floor, carefully marking the key points stroke by stroke. Killua leaned by the window, twirling a small knife in his hand, his gaze drifting toward the door from time to time as he waited for Chairman Netero to arrive.
At 7:59, footsteps echoed down the hallway.
Netero appeared at the training room door right on schedule, carrying a paper bag with three red bean buns inside. He set the bag on the floor and said with a smile, "I just bought breakfast. It's still hot, so eat up first."
"Thank you, Chairman!" Gon immediately ran over, grabbed a red bean bun, and took a huge bite. His eyes instantly curved into crescents. "It's so good!"
Killua picked one up too and ate it in small bites. Netero took the last one for himself, leaned against the wall, and ate it leisurely.
After breakfast, Netero clapped his hands and said seriously, "All right, today's training begins. Yesterday, I taught you the fundamental misconceptions about the Four Major Principles. Today, I'll teach you Shingen-Ryu's core breathing technique.
