"Mr. Lawyer, did you go to my house last night?"
Bai Zhu did not answer.
He raised a hand and pointed at the door.
"Milluki, guard the door."
"You're going near him?"
"I'm going to tease this hungry dog."
Milluki put away his terminal, walked to the door, and watched Bai Zhu and Pix coldly.
Bai Zhu walked around the table and stopped beside Pix.
Pix's head turned to follow him, and the restraint straps creaked under tension.
"I went to your house last night. Milluki was there too."
He repeated what Bai Zhu and the others had found while investigating the villa.
Bai Zhu, however, casually reached out and tapped the tabletop.
A low growl squeezed out of Pix's throat.
The mouth on his abdomen opened.
"You won't find me."
"We really didn't."
Bai Zhu looked down at him.
"Where were you hiding? Inside the walls, under the bed, or in Pix's stomach?"
Pix suddenly bit down on the strap securing his wrists, his teeth grinding with force. He strained forward, making the interrogation chair creak. His neck stretched out as Bai Zhu brought a hand near his mouth. He snapped at it, but Bai Zhu moved far too quickly for him to bite.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. Quite the temper!"
The mouth on his abdomen fell silent.
"Give me the head on the table, and I'll tell you who turned him into this."
The Pope sat on the table, his face pointed directly at Pix.
He immediately twisted his neck.
"I can't eat."
"The people you sent over before said the same thing."

The smile vanished from Milluki's face. He walked back and grabbed the Pope by the ear.
"Explain yourself."
