Terrifying Abilities (2)

Dragon Island lay east of Beasts Headquarters. It was a large island.

Smoke billowed along the entire coast, where thousands of soldiers battled the pirate crews under the Beasts Pirates.

Blood ran like rivers, and corpses littered the ground. The battlefield was a slaughterhouse. Then, at some point, warships appeared offshore.

"Lord Binz, the Marines are here."

A battalion commander whose armor was stained with blood approached Binz, his expression grave.

"What!"

Battered and disheveled, Binz watched the Marines land in droves. His face darkened when he saw the man leading them.

"Marine Admiral Fujitora."

Fujitora was the Marine officer commanding this force, and Binz had been unlucky enough to encounter him.

"Kill them!"

So what if they were Marines? The soldiers showed no fear. The battlefield widened once more, and blood flowed anew.

With his eyes closed, Fujitora drew his cane sword and swung. The air across a broad swath before him seemed to solidify, and crushing gravity pinned many soldiers to the ground.

"Grow, grow!"

Binz struck. The ground split open, and countless vines rose like pythons to coil around Fujitora.

A flash of sword light severed the vines. Binz's feet sank deep into the earth, and he doubled over, unable even to raise his head.

"It seems this old man's luck isn't bad."

Having subdued Binz with ease, Fujitora muttered to himself.

"Now there's someone formidable."

A gust surged toward him. Fujitora's expression changed, and he retreated at once. A Rankyaku slash ten thousand meters wide came hurtling in from the sea, splitting the water and land in its path.

Vergo appeared before Binz in a series of flashes. He narrowed his eyes, rolled his neck, and looked at Fujitora with growing excitement.

"And you are..."

Fujitora extended his Observation Haki and thought of someone.

"A nobody.
