Twenty years had passed since Sakura became the Emperor of Heaven Kingdom in the twentieth year of the God Calendar.

Over those twenty years, many things had happened. The person universally acknowledged as the strongest on the seas was now Heaven Kingdom's Immortal Emperor: Sakura.

From the moment Sakura became the Emperor of Heaven Kingdom, the Sea Circle Calendar had been changed to the God Calendar.

In the fifth year of the God Calendar, Heaven Kingdom successively took control of the New World, the Grand Line, and the Four Seas, becoming the undisputed sole overlord.

From then on, the seas entered the era of Heaven Kingdom's rule.

During those five years, Emperor Sakura of Heaven Kingdom had acted twice. It was said that Poseidon had accompanied her, commanding the Sea Kings that ruled the Calm Belt to forcibly destroy countless Kingdoms and islands, completely crushing those ambitious individuals.

In the tenth year of the God Calendar, Heaven Kingdom's Sea Train tracks spread across the Grand Line and the Four Seas, and Heaven Kingdom also relocated to the Red Line.

In the eleventh year of the God Calendar, Emperor Sakura convened a Grand Assembly. Hundreds of thousands of ministers and racial chiefs from islands across the world gathered on the Red Line.

In the twelfth year of the God Calendar, a rebel organization emerged across the world, involving over a thousand Kingdoms. Emperor Sakura flew into a rage and used ruthless measures to sink those thousand Kingdoms into the sea, resulting in tens of millions of deaths.
