I Finally Found You

On the Grand Line, there was an ordinary island.

Beside a simple wooden house lay patches of farmland planted with vegetables and radishes. Monkeys and foxes could sometimes be seen pulling weeds among the crops.

Under a large tree sat two lounge chairs, occupied by a man and a rabbit.

Afternoon sunlight filtered through the leaves, and a faint breeze made the air feel wonderfully fresh.

Not far from the tree stood a small grave mound. Someone was clearly buried there.

"You've been here three days. Aren't you going back?"

Bai Doudou sat with his legs crossed and turned toward the young man in the other chair.

"I don't want to. My big sister keeps trying to give me the throne. I'm not letting it tie me down."

Long black hair fell over his shoulders, and his dark eyes shone with life. In his plain shirt and trousers, he looked almost exactly like Ye Chen.

Every time Bai Doudou saw him, he thought of someone else.

"So that's why you never go back to the Heaven Kingdom?"

A figure suddenly descended from the sky. Sakura stared coldly at the man and the rabbit, her gaze terrifying.

"Big Sis."

The young man sprang up and made to run.

"Run, and I'll break your legs."

Her icy voice froze him in place. Looking as though life had lost all meaning, he collapsed back into the chair.

"Sakura, you're here. Come sit down."

Bai Doudou sat up and grinned at Sakura, patting the little stool beside him.

"Master, you're awful. Why won't you live in the Heaven Kingdom?"

Sakura pouted, smiling in a way she rarely did, and tugged at Bai Doudou's ear.

"Show some respect. I'm still your master. Let go."

"No." Sakura rubbed her cheek against his long ear, looking utterly
