Rogge threw a punch, and the three men immediately leaped away. Donquixote Doflamingo cowered to one side, trembling. Everyone in Dressrosa was startled, and they all looked up toward the palace.
"What qualifications do you have to make me stop transporting goods across the Four Blues?" Rogge asked with a smile as he withdrew his fist.
A huge hole had already been blasted through the wall beside them. From outside, one could see that more than ten walls had vanished, leaving a massive passage straight through the palace.
"Hey, hey, calm down. This is my territory!" Donquixote Doflamingo said.
"Shut your mouth." Rogge shot him a sideways glance, and Donquixote Doflamingo immediately stopped objecting. What could he possibly say? Rogge would teach him a lesson.
Rogge had beaten him to a pulp three or four years ago. Now Rogge was clashing with people like Charlotte Linlin and Kaido. Would he care about a mere Shichibukai?
"Rogge, this is the World Government's order!" one of the CP0 members shouted from a distance.
"An order? Don't you know what you've done? If orders were useful now, why would we need pirates? Are the Marines just decorations?" Carl sneered.
"If you don't like it, fight me. I'm worried I haven't had enough of a fight yet. The Thunder Fleet has more than twenty thousand people and forty Airships. I can wipe out a country for you right now." Enel laughed.
"You..." The CP0 members pointed at Enel and the others.
"Sit down. I'd like to hear who gave you the nerve to be this shameless." Rogge sat down and smiled.
The three CP0 members cautiously sat down, but they soon jumped back up.
