"Is it still not settled?"
Rogge watched Enel and Stussy fighting by the shore.
"Shut up." Enel spared him a reply. From the looks of it, he was still having a much easier time.
Enel's strength and abilities spoke for themselves. Stussy was capable, but she had spent most of her time gathering intelligence in the Underworld. Though she was CP0, she was not a combatant, and her fighting strength was nothing extraordinary.
Her strength was quickly exposed when she faced Enel. After watching for a while, Rogge ultimately saw Enel beat Stussy to the ground, leaving her with no fighting power whatsoever.
"You wanted to notify the World Government, didn't you, old hag?" Rogge said as he sat before Stussy.
"Marshall Rogge, you really dare to kill me?" Stussy raised her head and glared at him.
Rogge smiled. "Whether I kill you or not, it makes no difference, so I might as well kill you. Oh, and I should thank you, too. You've passed quite a lot of information about me to the World Government over the years."
"You..." Stussy stared at Rogge. She naturally knew what he was up to.
Over the years, he had obtained plenty of information about the Asura Pirates. Yet she could find no flaws in that information, so she had passed it straight to the World Government. She also knew that much of it had been deliberately fed to her by Rogge. From the moment Rogge discovered her identity, she had been doing this all along.
Stussy looked at Rogge. This man was terrifying. What exactly was his purpose? He was very different from other pirates. Pirates were generally flamboyant, but Rogge was different. He kept a low profile and was exceptionally cautious, yet he had truly become a ruler of the New
