Quite a few people knew of him, but they were all getting on in years. Bullet had been exceptionally strong among the Roger Pirates, supposedly on par with Rayleigh.
Of course, Rogge did not believe that. Rayleigh's strength spoke for itself. How could Bullet twenty years ago possibly have matched Rayleigh in his prime?
Still, Bullet's strength was undeniable. Anyone who obsessed over too many details in this world was a fool, because all sorts of things here defied common sense to begin with. The more you picked them apart, the more inconsistencies you would find.
Bullet had drawn everyone in, yet which of the Four Emperors had appeared in the movie? Had even one of their officers shown up?
The Supernovas, the Marines, the Revolutionary Army, and CP had all been there. Only the Four Emperors were missing.
Were even the Four Emperors unqualified to participate in this so-called Stampede? Calling in a bunch of useless people to launch a Buster Call, then calling it Stampede and claiming it would end the Great Pirate Era?
Rogge could not understand that behavior. The current Bullet, on the other hand, was truly bold. He had openly announced that he possessed an Eternal Pose leading to Laugh Tale, effectively telling every pirate in the world, "I have a shortcut straight to Laugh Tale. Come and get it."
This man's sudden appearance had disrupted Rogge's plans. Rogge had already received word from the Four Blues and told Jelly and the others to return, but he had never imagined that the Marines would activate the Pacifistas' self-destruct mechanisms.
Of course, three had not self-destructed and were still in the Asura Pirates' hands.
