"What are you imagining?"

The leader smacked his underling on the head. Cerberus? What nonsense. How could a pirate ship have a mythical beast aboard?

"Awooo."

The sound came from the cabin again. Everyone stopped in their tracks. Strange things happened in this world, and for all they knew, there really was a ferocious animal in there.

"You. Open the door."

"Me?!"

The man holding a knife pointed at his own nose, disbelief and dread written all over his face.

Gulp.

He swallowed and cautiously pushed the door open, then sprang backward like a rabbit.

The cabin was dark, and he had not seen a thing inside. But his jump nearly scared the others out of their wits.

"What are you yelping for?" The leader of the Billions had jumped too. He smacked the underling aside.

Perhaps it was all in their heads, but after that, none of them liked the look of the ship. The dark cabin seemed terrifying, and not one of them dared step inside.

At last, the leader of the Billions lost patience and shoved two of his men in. They could barely see. Rogge and the others had switched off the lights before leaving, and the sun had set. Only one dim lamp remained lit.

The two men crept forward. They could just make out a common room adjoining the kitchen. Beside it stood a large fish tank, glowing deep ocean blue, with a few fish visible inside.
