At Swallow Island, Tsuru sought Kane’s assessment of the plan to capture Doflamingo and seize the Op-Op Fruit. When Kane identified the intelligence as a possible trap, she admitted she had privately shared his doubts but could not dismiss Sengoku’s orders without stronger justification. She gave Kane three days and an anti-eavesdropping Den Den Mushi to locate the suspected subordinate and reshape the operation. 4 5

After receiving Kane’s detailed intelligence on Doflamingo’s forces, Tsuru became certain that Doflamingo would not attack Swallow Island. She ordered Cuckoo to accompany Kane to Minion Island and follow his commands. 6
