Harald sucked in a sharp breath, his chest heaving violently. In that instant, cold sweat soaked through the back of his coat.
His body trembled uncontrollably, from his fingertips to his spine, as though a bucket of ice water had been poured over him from head to toe.
That scene just now, the sight of his body turning into grains of sand and drifting away bit by bit, had not actually happened.

Now, he stood there, his greatsword still held across his body, the Tailed Beast Bomb not yet fired.
The wind still blew, the snow still fell, and nothing had changed. What had changed, however, was the look in his eyes.
"Why... does this guy have power like that?" Harald's gaze stayed locked on the Golden Nine-Tailed Fox Demon, an unprecedented shock churning in his eyes. "Even Rocks couldn't kill me in a single blow..."
