Not long after Yue Mei left, she returned to the main hall with Jia Xing Tian and two accompanying guards behind her.

After entering the hall, Jia Xing Tian saw Queen Medusa seated in the seat of honor, her face carrying a trace of chilliness. He hurriedly bowed. "Jia Xing Tian has come unannounced and disturbed Your Majesty's cultivation."

Medusa sneered upon hearing this. "Ease our relationship? When you humans were encircling and suppressing my Snake-People Tribe, why did you not think about easing our relationship?"

"How few of my Snake-People Tribe's people have died at the hands of you humans? And now you think a single word about reconciliation will settle everything?"

Queen Medusa's words left Jia Xing Tian somewhat embarrassed, but he still forced himself to say, "What the Jia Ma Empire did in the past was indeed wrong. I offer Your Majesty my apology here."

"From this day onward, the Jia Ma Empire will absolutely not take the initiative to attack the Snake-People Tribe again. The Snake-People Tribe's people will also receive equal treatment within the Jia Ma Empire."
