Russell snorted through his nose and raised a hand to close Artemis's jaw. "That's the truth. Because of you, I turned down Aphrodite and Athena one after another."
"Uh, ah... that's... wonderful."
Artemis smiled awkwardly. Russell had turned down confessions from Aphrodite and Athena because of her—she had to say, this story was completely impossible to relate to.

Athena was definitely impossible. The part about Aphrodite had originally sounded believable, but now that she thought about it, it was probably embellished from the original version.
