Eddie's eyes widened, as if this were the first time he had heard of something so absurd. Innocently, he said, "Sir, have you got the wrong person? What alien symbiote? I've never even heard of it."

Under the gun barrel, Eddie surrendered with remarkable decisiveness. With a serious expression, he said Russell could ask whatever he wanted, and he guaranteed he would tell him everything without even furrowing his brow.

"You wouldn't be scared either if a gun wasn't pointed at you!"
Hearing the voice in his head, Eddie immediately snapped back. Noticing Russell's amused gaze, he hastily explained, "Sir, stay calm. Don't shake your hand. I wasn't talking to you."
"I know. You were talking to the symbiote inside you."
After saying that, Russell saw Eddie's dumbfounded face. He lightly waved the gun muzzle, and Eddie immediately stood straight, raising his previously lowered hands high again.
