Shattered rocks flew everywhere, sweeping away the surrounding dust.

Russell released Darkseid's hands, grabbed his helmet-covered head, and repeatedly smashed it into the ground like pounding garlic.

When had Darkseid, the mighty Lord of Darkness, ever suffered such humiliation? He grabbed Russell's wrist in return, swung his arm, and hurled him to the ground. Then he floated into the air, accelerated into a charge, and drove an elbow into Russell, sending him flying far away as he bounced back up from the impact.

Russell was blasted away by the tremendous force, flying over a thousand meters. His massive body skipped across the ground like a stone over water, repeatedly hitting and bouncing until his momentum finally dissipated and he regained his balance.

Darkseid descended from the sky, accelerating as he crashed down and stomped on Russell, driving him deep into the earth.

"By the name of the Dark Lord, I will erase every last one of your cells!"

Darkseid ground his foot down viciously and spoke through gritted teeth, word by word. After countless battles across the multiverse, very few had ever put him at a disadvantage. The fact that Russell was immune to the Omega Effect alone meant he would never let him go.
