After the envoy came, Romon opened the sturdy wooden window and looked outside. To his surprise, the weather was exceptionally clear today, the sunlight brilliant and cheerful. A carriage was already waiting below.

After changing into formal attire, he came down to the inn's ground floor and found that there were not many people around.
