Just as Debiru and the others officially activated the Mage Tower, two people stood atop a small hill beside Rock Town, gazing in the direction of Far-Sail Port.

"Teacher, can you see the Mage Tower from here?" The slightly shorter Cassil could not see anything at all. Even when he strained up onto his tiptoes, all he could see was a stretch of fields farther away.

The snow that had fallen many days ago had yet to melt. Looking into the distance, everything lay under a vast blanket of white.

Drawing back his gaze, Cassil looked at his teacher with confusion on his face.

"From here, the naked eye cannot see the Mage Tower." Romon gazed into the distance without turning around. "But if you use spiritual power, you can easily catch the fluctuations of the Mage Tower's power when it is fully activated. It is simply a lighthouse in the darkness. You can try it too."

"Spiritual power?" Cassil silently repeated the words.

"Although Druids and mages are different professions, there are areas in which they overlap... such as the application of spells, or improving the various senses..." After saying this, Romon looked at Cassil beside him. "Now close your eyes, relax your body, and feel your surroundings."

"Yes, Teacher." Hearing Romon's words, Cassil closed his eyes without a second thought, relaxed both his mind and body, and began to feel nature.

His teacher was right beside him, so there was no need for him to worry about safety at all.

Cassil had now successfully stepped into the realm of a First-Level Druid.

The little fellow's talent was indeed excellent. With guidance from a High-Level Druid like Romon, who had surpassed the Thirteenth Level, it would truly have been hard to justify it if he did not progress quickly.
