Leaving the Government Affairs Hall, Romon headed for an area of the newly completed Druid Academy.
Before one of the buildings, attendants stood guard in dense layers. Together with a large number of Druids, they ensured that no idle outsiders could approach this area.

Archdruids Gaonidi, Mengdayan, Etanwei, Lukangse, Hujia, Mengbo, Kailun, Peiqiu, Deli huo, Leisige, and Lanpuban were all Fifteenth Level.
Below them were those from Fourteenth to Eleventh Level, with Xiaocifa and Sawinlu ranking highest. Everyone wore solemn expressions as they attended this meeting.
"Everyone, we have convened this meeting to formally establish our organization's manifesto and structure," Romon said. "I invite Master Xuni to read this document aloud."
Xuni cleared his throat, accepted the document, and began reading. "The definition of nature is cycle, and humanity exists within it."
This document formally established the Druid path, bringing humanity within the scope of nature.
"All agricultural and social activities must be considered within the scope of nature. Only by standing at such a height can we look down from a lofty vantage point, gather, and guide the power of nature."
