• Su Ziyu revealed that he had spent three years pretending to be a fool at Jiangyuan Psychiatric Hospital while mastering the grimoire and hiding from relatives who wanted it.
• The Monster Editor System awakened and explained that Su Ziyu could extract monster materials and create monsters in the System Space.

Su Ziyu used the Hundred-Eyed Furnace to create the three-star Dread Demon Eye, a winged eyeball monster with four skills. After absorbing part of the monster’s spiritual power and reaching the Awakening Ninth Stage, he chose to solidify All-Seeing True Eye and Crimson Purgatory, then tested the newly acquired eye skill.

• Su Ziyu combined the Abyssal Eye, Yellow-Stained Feather, and Demon Blood in the Hundred-Eyed Furnace to create the Dread Demon Eye.

• Su Ziyu used Spirit Severing to remove the corruption and extracted the wriggling pollution as a new material called Small Amount of Pollution Source.
• Su Ziyu considered how to escape the heavily guarded Jiangyuan Psychiatric Hospital and planned to use Friday's scheduled ball games as his opportunity.
• At six o'clock, Director Li came to Su Ziyu's room and told him to go to Cafeteria No. 2 for dinner.
• Su Ziyu joined the line of patients and followed Director Li toward the cafeteria.

Su Ziyu discovered that the hospital cafeteria’s dinner was a ritual offering of human organs and that the patients and staff were Ghouls from the Ghoul Cult. After trapping the corrupted patients in his Deep Dark Prison, he faced the fully evolved Director Li and demanded to know the cult’s purpose.

• Su Ziyu used the All-Seeing True Eye to see that the patients’ steaks were human organs and that the doctors and nurses had become monstrous creatures.
• Director Li demanded that Su Ziyu eat, so Su Ziyu threw his tray and exposed the Ghouls’ true forms.
• Su Ziyu realized the dinner had contaminated the patients and that the real staff might have been served as food.
• The patients and staff transformed into Ghouls, and Su Ziyu used Deep Dark Prison to impale and enclose the corrupted patients.
• Director Li revealed that the cult had wanted Su Ziyu to eat the Holy Communion and become an offering, and Su Ziyu questioned him about the cult’s plan.

Su Ziyu defeated Director Li and the other cultist monsters as the Blood Rite began, then chose to turn Director Li into his first Evil Spirit Marionette. Director Li’s final warning promised the Ghoul God would one day come for Su Ziyu.

• Director Li revealed that the Blood Rite: Two-Track God-Sacrifice Ritual was about to begin and attacked Su Ziyu.
• Su Ziyu burned Director Li with Netherworld Ghostfire and trapped the four doctor and nurse monsters with Dark Wisdom: Touch of Hell.

Su Ziyu used the Dread Demon Eye to intensify Director Li’s hatred, then performed the Evil Spirit Marionette ritual with him and his four dead subordinates. The ritual produced a towering monster that knelt before Su Ziyu, awaiting orders.

• The Dread Demon Eye trapped Director Li in [Crimson Purgatory] and used [Mental Hypnosis] to fill him with hatred for Su Ziyu.

He headed to the S-Rank Special Containment Facility, where the guards had disappeared and two dangerous monsters might have awakened, hoping to tame them.

• Su Ziyu extracted materials from the Ghoul’s corpse and gathered the contaminated matter into a three-star Pollution Source.
• After finding the cafeteria empty and recalling Director Li’s warning, Su Ziyu realized the Ghoul Cult’s Blood-Rail Ritual had begun.

Su Ziyu entered the S-Rank Containment Facility and caught a stitched monster that had been attacking him. After the Dread Demon Eye battered the creature to pieces, an angry girl appeared to avenge her toy and attacked Su Ziyu from the third floor.

• Su Ziyu used the All-Seeing True Eye to glimpse the massacre at the facility entrance, then climbed the stairs after finding the elevator destroyed.
• A shadow ambushed Su Ziyu, but the Dread Demon Eye tore open a ceiling vent and dragged out a creature stitched together from human skin.
• Su Ziyu used Crimson Purgatory to stop the creature's attack, and the Dread Demon Eye pinned it down.

Su Ziyu trapped Ruan Xiaoqi, an S-class Spider-Type patient, inside the Special Containment Facility as her attack triggered a deadly response against the arriving agents. He discovered that contamination had already turned more than half of her Mental Body black, leaving her close to losing her reason.

• Su Ziyu used Dark Wisdom: Deep Dark Prison and Bound Dungeon to restrain Ruan Xiaoqi and seal off the building.
• A Beyonder squad approached the facility, but Twisting Lines dragged agents into the black mass as their gunfire failed to damage it.
• Su Ziyu suspended Ruan Xiaoqi in the prison and recognized her as a Spider-Type patient he had met before.

Su Ziyu removed Ruan Xiaoqi’s mental contamination and uncovered her connection to the Spider God, Atlach-Nacha, before using the system to destroy the curse protecting her past. He hypnotized Ruan Xiaoqi into becoming loyal to him, then left with her as she crawled after him like a spider.

• Su Ziyu used Touch of Hell and Spirit Scissors to remove the black contamination from Ruan Xiaoqi’s Mental Body, restoring her awareness.
• Su Ziyu used the All-Seeing True Eye to glimpse Ruan Xiaoqi’s past, including a ritual involving an old woman, spiders, and the Spider God Atlach-Nacha.

Su Ziyu collected valuable materials, freed the agents, and led Ruan Xiaoqi toward the hospital’s administrative building, where the Evil Spirit Marionette was fighting. He found Old Huang suspended on the rooftop, apparently mutated into a mass of cyan worms.

• Su Ziyu gathered a five-star material from the Spider God’s silk and a four-star Pollution Source, then freed the agents he had bound and left with Ruan Xiaoqi.
• Su Ziyu realized the second patient had escaped and headed toward the administrative building, where the Evil Spirit Marionette was still fighting.

Su Ziyu and Ruan Xiaoqi defeated an armed squad that mistook her for an escaped containment subject, then entered the heavily contaminated courtyard. There, the Evil Spirit Marionette brought Su Ziyu the Ghoul Cult’s priest, who attacked him with flying teeth.

• An armed squad recognized Ruan Xiaoqi as escaped Subject 021 and opened fire, but Su Ziyu shielded them while Ruan Xiaoqi disabled the squad without killing anyone.
• Su Ziyu assessed that Ruan Xiaoqi’s mental condition had improved after the contamination was removed, then walked with her into the courtyard.
• The rooftop mass erupted again as jelly-like creatures spread contamination through the courtyard, turning it into a living hell.

• The Evil Spirit Marionette beat the Ghoul Cult priest until he begged Su Ziyu not to kill him.

Su Ziyu and the Dread Demon Eye defeated Old Huang in a destructive battle that illuminated the city. Su Ziyu killed Old Huang and extracted materials from his remains.

• The Dread Demon Eye absorbed blood and spiritual energy, evolved to Morning Star Tier power, and shattered Old Huang's attacks.
• Old Huang split his cyan worms across the administrative building and launched a final assault while Su Ziyu watched from beneath the Dread Demon Eye.

• Zhou Jian’s team entered the psychiatric hospital and were attacked by a blood-red curtain filled with eyeless eyeballs, which caused his subordinates to mutilate their faces.
• After the apparition vanished, Zhou Jian saw mangled corpses, a malicious red eye, and the words “Burial Venerable,” then called headquarters to cancel the mission and fainted.
• Su Ziyu explained that he had triggered the apparition with a ritual as a prank on the Special Affairs Department and chose to target the Ghoul Cult’s remaining strongholds before seeking revenge on his relatives.

• Wei Kang showed the specialists photographs of the Blood Moon, the Dread Demon Eye, Old Huang's mutation, and the ruined hospital.

• Rage killed the bald man and reported the victory to Su Ziyu.
• Su Ziyu ordered Rage to guard the factory, recruit new followers, and rest.
• Su Ziyu used the Twisted Spider God's Silk as the core for a new monster.

Su Ziyu created the Void Shadow Beast, chose its distortion and shadow-melding skills, and gained enough spiritual power to approach the Morning Star realm. After his new pet tussled with Ruan Xiaoqi, Su Ziyu prepared to visit his relatives and vanished with her into darkness.

• Su Ziyu completed the Void Shadow Beast, which possessed distortion, shadow, and spiritual attack abilities and reached Awakening Ninth Stage.

• Su Ziyu forced Boss Li to let him handle his private matter, and Boss Li abandoned Su Zihao rather than oppose him.
• Su Zihao recognized that Su Ziyu had mastered the Grimoire of the Old Days and threatened to kill him for it.
• Su Ziyu hurled a dark spear into Su Zihao's shoulder, prompting Su Zihao to mutate into a tentacled monster contaminated by the Grimoire's power.
• Su Zihao attacked Su Ziyu and boasted that abandoning his human body would help him reach Morning Star, but Su Ziyu dodged and kicked him into the ceiling.
