Everyone was startled by those words. The speaker was none other than the Evil Sect's sect master. The Evil Sect was a very unusual sect, one that worshipped absolute strength. In other words, the higher someone's position, the stronger they were.
Other factions generally followed the same pattern, but not so absolutely. Strength alone was not enough; one also needed ability. In other sects, many powerful experts held little actual authority. The Evil Sect was different. Anyone who rose to the position of sect master had no equal in the entire sect apart from the ancestor.
The fact that this man could contend with
