A momentous event!
Northern Frontier calendar, Dark Age, March of Year One!
A year after Diabolo took control of the entire Northern Frontier, all the Sea Folk submitted to the Time-and-Space Demon God under the leadership of the reigning Sea Emperor Posexi!
Diabolo had finally unified the world!
With that, the Demonkin and Heavenly Demons' nearly month-long campaign of conquest finally came to an end. They were delighted with the destruction they had wrought.
Behind them, the Wizards who had picked up the spoils were equally pleased, their faces glowing with satisfaction.
As for the Sea Folk, most of the Sea Emperor Folk had survived, along with a few stronger Sea Folk and Sea Beast groups. Everyone else had become food for Diabolo's followers.
The vast Sea Region had been almost completely slaughtered!
Only now had the whole of the Northern Frontier truly fallen into Er Dongsheng's hands.
After devouring the Sea God, Er Dongsheng had not returned to the Destruction Demon Domain. Instead, he lay low in the Sea Region, waiting for Diabolo's signal and a chance to act!
Back in the Highland Holy City, Diabolo began organizing the forces under his command, assigning them designations and establishing ranks.
He now had three forces under his command.
First was the Demon-Human Squad, led by Nesser, the king of the Demonkin!
Its members possessed formidable bodies while retaining their Wizard bloodline abilities. More importantly, a pair of enormous, mutated flesh wings had become their distinctive mark.
After the conquest of the Sea Folk, Nesser had advanced, with Diabolo's help, into a powerful Demonkin comparable to a Fifth-Level Wizard.
At that level, Nesser could actually shift back and forth between human and Demon forms!
Whenever he entered his demonic state, the Laws born of this Wizard
