Salt Leaves, Kudzu Vines, and Soul-Luring Grass! (Part One)

In truth, though there were plenty of vines, digging them up was hard work. Their roots spread in every direction underground, tangled together one after another in a dense mass. Ordinary Abyssal Species wouldn't even know where to begin extracting a single kind of vine! They simply weren't strong enough. Only a First-Level Demon had that kind of strength.

Black light surged from the Xierjie sisters' hands, and Abyssal Aura rose around them. Their auras somehow joined as they worked to control several vine roots, slowly separating them from the vast underground network! It was no easy task. Controlling mature plants was nothing like coaxing seeds into growth! Even First-Level Demons needed to work in pairs to do it!

These mature plants instinctively resisted a Fairy's control. Making their roots move as one wished was simply too difficult!

The Xierjie sisters knew the vines might become a future food source for their people, so they threw themselves into gathering them! Creatures of the Abyss were fiercely determined when it came to food!

Since joining Er Dongsheng, the sisters and the other Fairies had learned a great deal. Many things they had thought inedible—scorpions, centipedes, all manner of poisonous insects—turned into delicious dishes in Er Dongsheng's hands! The sisters could still savor the taste!

Then there were all sorts of other things. They had heard that Lord Baal had made the little Succubus's toys, bed, little table, and more. She was usually stingy with them, keeping everything carefully hidden and letting no one use it!

And there was the endless parade of foods, enough to make anyone's eyes spin. Unfortunately, only Bei'er and Lulu received that sort of treatment. Even Sibya, the Lesser Imp who had followed Er Dongsheng first, only got to enjoy their leftovers!
